When will I hear about my grant application?

We aim to have made contact with you within 10 weeks after we have received your application, however a decision may not have been processed within this time.

We can only start to assess your application when we have everything we need.

If there is anything missing, such as evidence of your household income or your child's additional support needs, we will contact you asking for that information to be provided.

Please be reassured that we aim to process applications as quickly as possible. We will be in touch with you as soon as a decision has been made.
